I have had a successful Web Design business for over eight years now. Unfortunately in Egypt, where I am from and where I started my business, Paypal is not available. It used to frustrate me because I could see all of the benefits of having a Paypal account. When I came to America one of the first things I did was open a Paypal account. It has worked wonderfully for me. Whenever I create a website for someone, they can pay me and I can receive the money almost immediately. It is very convenient. I was happy to see that they have a Twitter account that they use for news and general updates. It is useful for so many reason but what really draws my attention are the fraud alerts and the "ask Paypal" link. To me, these are two of the greatest advantages of this site. Safety is one of their number one concerns for protecting your money. The fraud alerts alone are worth just viewing the page. If anything, it might be wise for them to have a link on the page that will direct you to creating a Paypal account, but almost everything you want to find out, you can do so by simply choosing the "ask Paypal" link, or find out from their website. I think the invention of Paypal is an amazing thing, and the blog is a great tool for their business.
